After the rather aggressive feeling energy brought in with this last full moon (extreme exhaustion, head and/or chest irritation, fluctuating appetite, sleep pattern disruption, sinus irritation, etc.), we have arrived at a crossroad of sorts. With this is:
- a sense of “hurry”
- possible struggle for patience with others
- intestinal purges and/or sweats
- “firing” people/services that create imbalance/disharmony in your life
- closing out some things/situations that have been just hanging around
Climbing Steps
Look at it like we are climbing steps – a long, steep set of steps while carrying a very full backpack. We occasionally stop, catch our breath and let our body relax before we begin climbing again.
The full backpack can weigh us down; wear our body out a bit faster, and slow us down.
But the backpack, and all of its contents, are on our back with our permission. Each of us decided to lug that backpack with us. No one made us.
Some of us stop every once and a while and remove something from the backpack – purging. Letting go. Lightening the load.
Every so often someone sees what we discarded, picks it up, races to catch up with us.
That other person points back down the steps, “Here, I found this on the steps.” The dropped item is held out to you, “I figured you might want it back.”
You are being presented with an opportunity…do you want it back? Do you want it back in your life? Or are you truly done with it?
As we climb we are also passing some people on the steps – and some people pass us. No one is better, or worse, than another. We all climb the steps at our own pace.
We may come across someone who just stumbled and fell. We offer a hand up; some accept it, thank you (or not), and move on.
There are some though who whine, gripe and complain that they fell. A hand may be offered them, and swatted away. They may even demand that they be carried up the steps.
It is not your job to carry anyone (and rob them of their learning opportunities and growth).
But it is your choice. Do you carry them, or wish them the best and continue on?
Opportunities
The energy bursts just offer each of us opportunities. Opportunities to release; to change our mind; to release more; to stop for a breather; to keep lugging stuff; to move forward.
It’s your choices, your decisions. It’s always been your choices and decisions.
What are you choosing and deciding today?
