The constant din was just about gone. I’d not even consciously knew it’d been there…until the self-quarantine.

We humans make so much noise. We do with this with our vehicles, running appliances, microwaves, radios, wi-fi’s, etc. And with our busy thoughts and minds; constant self-talk, planning, stressing, and all the other stuff in our previous “normal” daily lives. all going on in our minds which we energetically broadcast…loudly.

As people began to settle in a bit with their self quarantine, the noise decreased.

I felt like I could breathe – really breathe. A weight had been lifted and I felt it down to my soul. My soul sighed.

Sure, there are still fears and concerns about Covid-19, self quarantine, and how to make ends meet. But, think about it…has your mental self-chatter slowed down? I know it has in many people.

Now the peace is slowly being replaced…the self chatter has begun to rise again as people begin to question the authenticity of Covid-19 and/or self quarantine; the concerns of financial stability and a desire to get back to life.

As we all start to think about moving forward out of this (energetic) rest time, please consider what your new normal should look like. Mother Earth / Mother Nature has used this time to work on healing. What can you do to help support the cleaner state of our globe from going back to the previous ugly and unhealthy state the globe was in?

What have you discovered about yourself? And what about those in your household (if applicable)? Have you built upon the relationship(s)? How about those of you who have pets? Any positive relationship changes there?

Please, please don’t lose what has been gained through this energetic rest time. And please be sure to appreciate all the people who stayed out there to keep your city and town going.

While we have this remaining time in self quarantine, please think – deeply and sincerely – about your upcoming new “norm”.
