All of the following services are speculative in nature and we cannot guarantee that the results of our work will be satisfactory to the client. ALL sessions require payment be made at least two days from your appointment.
By contacting Jan, you are agreeing to Disclaimer and Liability Waiver. You are also agreeing to:
Paying the fees in advance (unless other arrangements have been agreed upon at least 2 days before the session/s). You acknowledge that Jan requires a minimum of 2 days notice of cancellation prior to the appointment time. If the cancellation is 2 days or more out, Jan can reschedule my appointment or provide a credit for a future appointment. If you fail to give at least 2 days notice, you then forfeit the advance payment for that session.
All work must be paid in advance.

Per property/bldg. Must be paid in advance. All sessions must be paid in advance through Square or Paypal. If you fail to cancel 2 days prior to appointment date, you forfeit the fees; no refunds.
