As we progress with our spiritual growth, especially with the energies present now-a-days, we may find our dreams becoming more vivid, detailed and informative.

Many are now beginning (if they hadn’t already) to remember most, if not all, of their dreams of late.

These dreams can:

  • help us to problem solve
  • be instructive (or show us what we’re able to do, if only we’d allow ourselves)
  • show us snippets of work we do when we’re out-of-body during our sleep time
  • help us with seeing and understanding some traumas and/or emotional pain we had suppressed (and is now time to heal and release)

We can have some really cool experiences in our dreams. Dreams can also: be prophetic (showing possibilities of what may come); be exercises in dream walking with others; a time for communication from deceased loved ones or our guides, or messages from the Other Side in general.

And that energetic part of us that pops out at sleep time doesn’t have to be restricted or inhibited like our perception of our physical selves thinking we should be.

In past articles, I wrote about how our peripheral vision, which was never taught the societal 3D “rule” that if the masses can’t experience something with one or more of our physical senses, then it doesn’t exist; it’s not real. This means our peripheral vision CAN see beyond 3D since it’s never been taught different. But, when our peripheral catches something and we turn our heads to look at it straight on, it disappears; we see nothing.

So too, our energetic self hasn’t been trained to stay in a box – so to speak – but, because of our training from growing up we have had to tendency to brush off our dreams as not real. Sure, we do have some fantasy, funny or even scary dreams, but I feel we shouldn’t brush off our dreams.

Maybe the fantasy dreams are to aid you in seeing what’s possible, or to help you see things from a different perspective.

The funny or fun dreams may be to remind you to play and laugh in life.

The scary dreams may be fear you haven’t worked on and released yet.

Dreams are but another tool in our toolboxes; instruments to aid us, but not define us.

May you experience expansion in your dreams, and may they enrich your life.
