~ The Truth Can Be Heard and Felt ~
Today, we’d like to talk about how you may be able to tell lies from truths. We are addressing this because you have so much information and disinformation available at your fingertips. So how do you tell what is truth to you and what are lies?
When you are able to step back, be objective and not be drawn into the drama, re-direction and manipulation tactics used to feed the fears thus creating more separation – then you’ll start hearing the truths more easily.
(We are not addressing those individuals who have the ability to manipulate your energy to make you believe what they are saying…that is a different topic for another day.)
Heard and Felt
The truth can be heard and felt; it has a smooth or sweet sound to it (even if you don’t like what the truth has to say). It can be felt, usually in the abdomen or heart area, and it is usually smooth.
For those seeking truth, and then they hear a lie, can usually feel the lie trying to stir fear up within you; it may feel like panic beginning to stir; or a fearful feeling of lack or of not being heard.
Lies are disruptive to energy, causing turbulence or an unsettling feeling and possibly an upset stomach. Some can hear the distortion of a lie as the person speaks it, or feels the discordant as the person decides they are going to open their mouth and lie.
Honestly listening to yourself (outside of the discordance), you usually know the truth – or lie – when you hear it.
You’ve been trained to let others tell you what to believe, what is true; how to react; what to think. Now you’re being asked to stop listening to others, and listen to yourself. Trust yourself.
