Paranormal State by Ryan Buell and Stefan Petrucha. © 2010. HarperCollins (A&E Television Networks LLC). ISBN 978-0-06-176794-4.
Ryan Buell of the popular A&E television show “Paranormal State” discusses some of the cases that he and his paranormal investigators had been on; some behind the scenes of that show as well as case information that never made it on air.
Throughout the book are scattered informational side bars – some give historical information, others give definitions and/or descriptions of a term/word; other side bars give more information on a member of Paranormal State, an event or more information on other people who participated in some investigations.
The team of Paranormal State works to help not only their clients but to help entities cross over as well.
I was disappointed that Paranormal State didn’t share any un-aired cases with the readers, but was fascinated by the closer look at Ryan Buell the person in this book.
Favorite paragraph/entry in this book:
“Without considering it a ‘final word’, what do you think a ghost is? Part of my personal quest for discovery.” (p 32)
I enjoyed this book.
