Van Praagh began with some of his childhood and young adulthood experiences and continued on to explain about mediums and different type of mediumistic abilities; guides; transitions; meditation and more.
James also provided some wonderful session examples as well as some “How To” exercises for the reader to try. He also delved into some of the behind the spiritual curtain scenes to help his clients, and the readers to understand what transpires when we cross over.
His session examples that he provided can give you a very good perspective on what may transpire in a medium reading.
I really enjoyed this book and recommend it for beginners to advanced.
